Do I have to change my radiators?

No. The whole point of an electric boiler is that it's a direct replacement for your gas/oil unit. Your existing radiators and pipework stay exactly where they are.

Is electric heating really cheaper than gas?

Per kWh, electricity costs more, but per kWh of usable heat, electric boilers are nearly 100% efficient (gas wastes 10-20% up the flue). Paired with off-peak tariffs or solar, most homes see lower or comparable bills.

Will I need a new fuse board?

Usually no for the Tepeo ZEB. The Luthmore needs a heavier supply because it's instant-on rather than stored. We assess this on the day and quote any upgrade transparently.

How long does the install take?

Most gas-to-electric boiler swaps are a one-day job for our in-house team. You're back on heating the same evening.
